You should clear your cookies and cache, here are directions - just find your browser:

For example, if you're using Internet Explorer 7.0:

1. Click "Tools" --%26gt; "Internet Options"

2. On the "General" tab, within the "Browsing History" section, click "Delete"

3. Click the "Delete" buttons and then "Yes" for the following:

Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, Form data

4. Click "Close"

5. Restart the browser

Also, you should clear the logged in sessions your browser has saved. See directions to do this here:

l had no trouble with this. It may be the site was loaded and busy at the time.

Go to Tools,Internet Options, delete history and cookies. Your files may have too many clusters.
Reply:Go to your Tools and see if you are blocking popups or if your security level is very high. This may be the cause.
