Sorry, you can't change it once you set it. You can start a new profile and move all your info, or try posting your problem to this hi5 group. There are hi5 employees there who can answer your questions and fix problems. They might be able to edit your URL for you too:

sorry, but you can't change it. so whatever it is now is what it will stay. the only way i see that you could get rid of it is to delete your hi5 account and get a new one. so basically, you would have to start over new.

Myspace is best for three reasons.

1. Myspace allows complete customization by the user, at least for intelligent users, because HTML editing is enabled. HTML enabled means that JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, and a whole bunch of other nerd things are possible.

2. Myspace has a large selection of music and video for your profiles. Does Facebook? No. There are almost limitless options on Myspace.

3. Myspace has one of the largest online networking communities now.

Facebook is a close second.

1. There are advanced interactions: "Poke" and "Give Gift", which are not available in MySpace

2. There is less customization, but you can still control almost everything.

3. It's about as big as MySpace.

The other 3 are smaller groups with less options. MySpace and Facebook are generally the best.

However, the one advantage to myspace is that it allows you to have pretty profiles instead of just boring blue ones :-) Overall, go facebook.

The hi5 chat rooms were taken down a few weeks ago because the program was old and buggy. They may return at some point in the future, but for now you should try to find another chat service.

The custom URL has to be unique, and with millions of other users on the site with custom URLs, you need to be creative. Chances are, you are typing in a link someone else already has. Try adding your birthday to the end of a word, or substitute numbers for letters.

The visitor might have been invisible and has certain options not be detected when viweing your profile. Or, yes like number one said, the profile has been deleted. ANother possibility is, guests and non embers have viewed and they cannot be tracked back.

Reply:Look and see if there is an area were it says if you can't read this then click to hear it and a voice will read the code to you. Some sites are doing that now because of the way they do the coding some people have a hard time reading it. Also double check to see if you have caps lock or number lock on.

I have created a group in Hi5, n mebers joined in yet. i asked my friend ( who has also a hi5 account) to go?

to the search-group section to serach for my group. i dd this to c if pple can find my group easily. my frind searched for it but she ddnt find my group within the seach results although i added tags to my groups when i first created it.

I think Myspace is best, but there are things dragging down it's good rep, like the whores that have 5,000 pointless friends. I hate that. Vybz is garbage; I don't even know how the hell that site got on the map. I'd say the second ranking social networking site would be Facebook.

It's a technical problem... happened to me once. I just emptied the internet cache and restarted my computer and it worked. But it might also be problem from Hi5's end.

obvious facebook, it is kind of easier, and too popular so it is like with the flow, so yeah facebook is trend now, like myspace was, still is but not like facebook is it?
