Joining the hi5 group?

i gave all the relevant information needed to join but they have a space for word verification,in the box below i only see numbers when i type the numbers in the box they tell me the letters don't match the one in the box what do i do?

Reply:Look and see if there is an area were it says if you can't read this then click to hear it and a voice will read the code to you. Some sites are doing that now because of the way they do the coding some people have a hard time reading it. Also double check to see if you have caps lock or number lock on.
