You can't.
This is what hi5 help section says:
Q: Can I upload my songs into the hi5 music player?
A: Only musicians who own the copyright can upload songs into the hi5 music player.

It is to bad, but with all the problems hi5 has with their site, this would only add to it, I'm sure.

Reply:I dont know what a HI5 is maybe you mean a HiFi Stero system if so its easy just connect it to the computers sound card in the back to a aux if your HiFi has one most have 1-4
aux cable to sound card speaker out plug that easy then select the aux to hear it
