How do i access hi5 profile when i ve lost my password?

i have lost the password and the id i give it in forgot password it does not accept it, that is the id on which i receive hi5 updates

On the forgot password page, try any other emails which you may have used to access hi5. Make sure hi5 emails aren't being filtered out by your spam protection. If you have an email from hi5 in your inbox, many times they give you a link to auto-login to the site - it will say something like "Take me to my Friends page!" If you don't have an email link you can click on, contact customer service through the Help link in the upper right corner of the hi5 homepage, and they can send you your login info.
Reply:see if any of your friends from hi5 can log in for you so you can see your username on their friends list.(see yourself on their friends list) because maybe you arent spelling your id/username wrong.
